Ladybug Blog Hop: In-Color Style

Oh my, it's time for another blog hop already? I apologize that my entry is short, but I'm blogging from the road from Denver, Colorado. My family are on our annual pre-convention family road trip. Which reminds me, make sure to check back here next week for the latest updates from the Stampin Up' convention. You can also follow me on twitter  (@stampincita) for more real-time updates.

My card this month features our the new in-color Cantaloupe Crisp. But what's great about it is that you can easily recreate the card with any color because it is that simple. I had a plan to do one of these cards for each in-color to showcase the colors (but I haven't done it yet).

Stampin' Tips:
  • Color scheme: Cantaloup Crisp, Whisper White, Pistachio Pudding
  • Accessories: Butterflies Die, Label Collection Framelits, In-Color Brads, In-Color Paper Pack
  • Stamp set: Simply Fabulous
  • Cut the big butterfly in Whisper White and cut the little butterfly in Cantaloupe Crisp. Use a Glue Dot to adhere the Cantaloupe Crisp butterfly to the Whisper White butterfly. Adhere a different in-color brad to the butterfly.
  • Cut a labels framelit from any of the beautiful Cantaloupe Crisp papers from the In-Color Paper Pack. Adhere the butterfly to this.
  • Stamp a greeting at the bottom of the card in Cantaloupe Crisp. This card is such a versatile card that it would be super easy to change out the greeting.
Thanks hopping by. Head on over to Cassie's blog (http://lucyslovelies.blogspot.com/).
