A few weeks ago, we had our Ladybug Ink meeting where we had a chance to swap cards, a benefit of being a Stampin' Up! Demo in the Ladybug Ink group. The theme was monochromatic color scheme. I showed my card for the swap in a previous post, but here is what I got in return from the Ladybugs. Enjoy!
Amber played around with Stampin' Up! purples, Cottage Wall DSP, and the Extra Large Two-Step Bird punch to make this beautiful card. The bird punch is available in the Occasions Mini Catalog, which ends on April 30.
Angela played around with Sahara Sand to make this Father's Day Card.
This Ladybug played around with SU!'s beautiful reds, the Upsy Daisy Die for the Big Shot, and the SU! Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions folder.
Finally, this Ladybug played around with SU!'s blues, the Butterfly punch, and the Vintage Vogue stamp set (available in the Occasions Mini Catalog).
If you would like to become part of Ladybug Ink and join in our awesome card swap, contact me and I can give you all the details.
Happy Stampin'!

Happy Resurrection Day!
He is not here; he has risen, just as he said.
~ Matthew 28:6
Happy Resurrection Day! What a day to celebrate and commemorate the great sacrifice of our Lord, Jesus Christ, who died for our sins so that we may find our place in heaven. Easter has taken a little bit of turn in our household as this is Sybella's (my newborn daughter) first Easter. Her pack n' play is bombarded with stuffed Easter bunnies and even a duck. We never used to get so much Easter stuff in the mail before she was born. :) It's also been nice to receive some thoughtful greetings from family and friends as they have sent us several Easter cards. The above card is from a friend of mine and fellow stamper, Kathy Trujillo. Kathy loves punch art and I love how she made the lamb. Hope you enjoy too!
Happy Stampin'

Although it still feels like winter as I write this, Spring is here! It's at this point in the year that I am drawn more to my flowery-type or spring-themed stamp sets to make cards and scrapbook pages. Flowers are so happy!

There are two ways you can obtain this new stamp set - host a qualifying workshop or purchase it.
